stained bed sheets tiny elevator
the location was acceptable as it was near many shops.
My room was not properly cleaned . the staff did not replace used towels, and i found some stains on the bed sheets... it was not what i expected for the price i paid. also, the elevator was tiny. It barely fit one person with luggage.

Really good Stay near Notre Dame!
superb location charming shop cute staff fresh croissant
The location is superb, a short walk to Notre Dame (it really is a gem!). I found many charming shops and restaurants nearby on the street. The staff were very cute and helpful. The included continental breakfast offered fresh croissants and cheese.
The shower's water pressure was not very strong, a minor inconvenience.

The front desk staff was available and very helpful. Staff members spoke English fluently, made communication very easy. The team seemed professional, offering assistance with directions and general hotel information.

spiral staircase authentic atmosphere
I found the entrance adorable and the interiors charming. The beautiful spiral staircase really connected the floors well I enjoyed the authentic atmosphere a lot.
The lift barely fits one person with luggage it felt really small.

Excellent Latin Quarter Experience
ideal location metro stop delicious breakfast strong wifi
I found the location ideal, near Notre Dame and between two metro stops. A one-train ride from CDG airport was convenient (sortie #6, Xavier Privas has an elevator). The desk staff was cute. Breakfast included delicious croissants, baguettes, cheese, and yogurt. I also appreciated the strong wifi and the minibar in the room.

inconsistent water temperature visible dust
The hotel presented well enough upon arrival however, i encountered some significant issues. the shower had very inconsistent water temperature. it fluctuated wildly and made showering unpleasant. also, i found the room was not as clean as expected. There was visible dust and grime in corners.
